Huh? Are you kidding me? This is such a simple recipe there's no way one can screw this up. Well you never know ;-)

Jokes aside, we'll be introducing our secret dressing recipe even the most repulsive salad disliker will be a convert.

 

Ingredients (Salad)

60g raspberries             

80g blueberries

2c. grapes

2tbsp mixed nuts (check out our home-baked dried nuts here)     

1/2 box of fresh mixed salad (for convenience sake, get pre-packed ones from supermarkets) 

Ingredients (Dressing)

2 Tablespoons of Plus Original Green Plum Enzyme Extract

Plums generally contain high amount of citric acid that get rid of lactic acid in our body, allowing us to heal faster. One plum carries essential nutrients like fibre, manganese, copper, potassium and vitamins A, C, and K!

1 Tablespoon of Premium Black Honey

Premium Black Honey

Some distinctive substances that can be found in black honey include saponin (maintain blood sugar), chromium elements (regulate insulin production), alkaloid substance (soothe inflammation) and haemoglobin (maintain stamina and vitality).

Fun fact: natural and properly preserved honey will not expire!

Directions 

Mix both sauces together. Similarly, add fruits, veggies and nuts to a separate bowl, toss it gently to combine. Do note to only pour the dressing over when you are ready to serve. ENJOY!
